This flat roof mounting bracket is designed for installing four solar panels in a 2×2 arrangement. The construction creates a fixed inclination angle of 10° and is suitable for ballasted installation on flat roofs without roof penetration.

The mounting system consists of the following components:

• 6 × forefoot (65 × 83 mm)

• 6 × hind foot (65 × 130 mm)

• 6 × base rail (length 1350 mm)

• 12 × rubber pad for rail (200 × 80 mm)

• 12 × ballast carrier plate (300 × 78 mm)

• 8 × Adjustable end clamp for solar modules (for module frame 30-45mm)

• 4 × Adjustable middle clamp for solar modules (for module frame 30-45mm)

• 3 × rail connectors (length 140 mm)

Assembly principle

1. Rubber pads are attached under the base rails to protect the roof.

2. The base rails are aligned according to the module size.

3. Front and rear feet are mounted to the rails with screws.

4. The solar modules are placed on the construction.

5. Mounting the modules with adjustable middle and end clamps.

6. Ballast support plates are placed on the rails and weighted with concrete blocks. The spacing of the ballast plates can be adjusted depending on the size of the concrete blocks.

7. Several sets can be connected with rail connectors.
