Shipping policy

1. Delivery

1.1. Balcony Power Plants

We ship your balcony power plants and solar panels by freight forwarding company. Your phone number will be forwarded to the forwarder to arrange an appointment.

1.2. accessories (inverter, cables, solar panel holders)

We ship your (separately ordered) accessories by DPD. The delivery time is also 3-10 working days.

1.3 Shipping locations

We ship within Germany and Austria. Other countries on individual agreement. Please send us your request to: support@drbogreeninergy.com.
For your request we need the following information:

1.4 Shipping time
The delivery time is about 3-10 working days. You will receive the confirmation of your order with our order confirmation. As soon as you have received this, our delivery time applies. Excluded are pre-orders. Pre-orders will be delivered within the specified delivery period.

In case of delays we will inform you immediately.

2. Shipping costs

For shipping by freight forwarding within Germany we charge 99€ EUR shipping costs per order for balcony power plants and solar panels.

The shipping costs for accessory products are 9,99€.

3. return shipping

Please note that according to your right of withdrawal you can return the goods within 14 days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The costs for the return shipment of balcony power plants amount to approx. 99€ - 149€ depending on location and quantity. For accessories (inverters, cables, solar panel mounts) there are costs of approx. 9 - 16€ for the return shipment. We will gladly support you with the organization.
